At Streich.Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple returns and refunds policy to ensure your shopping experience is as pleasant as possible.

30 DAY RETURN

Goods must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed and must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Items must have original labels, packaging and accessories.

Items that cannot be returned:

Gift card

Final sale items

Items are marked as non-returnable on the product page.

How to Return Goods

Return Request:

Contact our customer care team via email [email protected] with your order number and return reason.

We will provide you with a return confirmation code and instructions on how to return the product.

Returned Product Packaging:

Pack your product securely in the original packaging if possible. Includes purchase receipt and return confirmation code.

RETURN PRODUCT

Send your product to the address provided in the return confirmation instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN DAMAGED

We are committed to bringing the best quality to customers. If this is the case, you can refuse to accept delivery at the delivery point and the product will be returned with the driver.

Please take photos of the damaged product if possible. Please contact us via email or call us, please attach pictures.

REFUND METHOD

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the product minus any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POINTS

If the return is due to a change in personal preferences, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong product delivered, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before you receive your refund. Official posting.

Next, contact your bank as sometimes it takes some processing time before the refund is sent.
